Baker’s favourite ganache! Shiny and soft is perfect for pastry use, put it on creamier recipes such as mousses and desserts.


Sugar, Palm Kernel, Sunflower Seed Oil, Cocoa Butter, Low Fat Milk,  Soy Lecithin (emulsifier).

Long lasting life

Up to a year in shelf-life stored in a dry place, preferable
below 70°F (21°C).
